We offer our customers a one-stop bathroom renovations experience. Our Create Renovations project managers are qualified and licensed. When it comes time for the build of your bathroom to begin we make sure everything is booked, organised and ready to go! A bathroom renovation involves the same amount of sub trades as a full house build. Something to be aware of is that often, due to the small space, only one trade can be working at a time, and so timings need to be handled accordingly.

In fact, a bathroom renovation is very time sensitive, as you may be without bathroom services during the build. We project manage the whole renovation and co-ordinate all sub trades so you can have your finished bathroom as soon as possible. Project management means that you can avoid common bathroom renovation disasters, such as inadequate waterproofing and plumbing not being done correctly.

It is important to get the right design for your bathroom, we work with you to help you decide on the most functional and practical bathroom layout.

If your renovation requires council consent as part of your Auckland renovation, we work with you to get plans designed and consent lodged. It a very important step in the bathroom renovation process and a good design on paper can save mistakes being made later on when multiple sub trades all need to know what is going where!

Here at Create Renovations we have years of experience renovating bathrooms and sometimes people contact us who have to renovate sooner, rather than later if they haven't chosen the right quality of fixtures and fittings to begin with.
